AUERBACH ALBERT & GOLD, L.C. was formed on November 1, 1993 by Martin E. Auerbach, James Y. Albert, and Matthew J. Gold to provide tax, accounting, audit, and management consulting services. Frankie L. Burns joined the L.C. as a member on January 1, 2000. We are located 12801 N. Central Expwy, near the southeast corner of LBJ Freeway and Coit Road.

Mr. Auerbach (meacpa@aagcpa.com) holds a bachelor's and law degree from the University of California, and after ten years with Big 8 firms, he joined a large local accounting firm. He became a partner in 1985.

Mr. Albert (jima@aagcpa.com) holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and after several years with a major bank and a national CPA firm, he joined a large local accounting firm in 1982. He became a partner in 1987.

Mr. Gold (matt@aagcpa.com) holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin. After four years with Arthur Anderson & Co. he joined a large local accounting firm in 1985. He became a partner in 1987.

Mr. Burns (frank@aagcpa.com) holds a bachelor's degree from Stephen F. Austin University. After three years with large local accounting firms, he became one of Auerbach Albert & Gold, L.C.'s first employees in 1993.
